Welcome to Cali Leveling ("we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal, biometric, and physical performance data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, share, and protect your information when you use the Cali Leveling mobile application and website.

1. Information We Collect

To deliver an elite calisthenics coaching and gamified training experience, we collect the following categories of information:

Account & Identity Data: Name, username, email address, profile picture, and secure authentication tokens when you register or sign in via Supabase or Firebase Authentication.
Physical & Workout Telemetry: Workout logs, rep counts, skill progression trees, fatigue scores, XP earned, streak dates, and squad leaderboard statistics.
Health & Fitness Metrics: Injury logs, soreness assessments, daily recovery scores, sleep duration, and biometric data synced from wearables via Health Connect (optional).
Subscription & Purchase History: Transaction status and subscription tiers processed securely via RevenueCat and Google Play Billing (we never receive or store your raw credit card or financial details).
App Diagnostics: Anonymized crash reports, performance logs, and usage telemetry via Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to improve application stability.

2. Computer Vision & Camera Permission (`CAMERA`)

Cali Leveling features an AI HUD that uses your device camera for real-time pose detection, rep counting, and joint angle form analysis.

Strict Local-Only Camera Guarantee: All computer vision and pose detection algorithms (Google ML Kit Pose Detection) execute entirely locally on your device. We do NOT record, stream, store, or transmit any live video feeds, photos, or raw camera frames to our servers or any third parties.

3. Google Health Connect & Biometric Data

Cali Leveling integrates with Google Health Connect to allow you to optionally sync sleep quality, heart rate, and recovery metrics into your daily training readiness score.

Health Connect Limited Use Policy: The use of information received from Google Health Connect will adhere strictly to the Google Play Health Connect Permissions Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do NOT sell, lease, or use Health Connect data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than displaying and calculating your personal training and recovery metrics within the app.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your information exclusively to:

Calculate personalized calisthenics skill trees, fatigue models, and weak-link analyses.
Maintain social squad leaderboards, daily quests, and streak-protection mechanisms.
Provide technical support, resolve app crashes, and deliver secure account authentication.
Process premium subscriptions and unlock specialized coaching programs.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or health data to third parties. We only share data with the following trusted cloud infrastructure providers strictly to operate the application:

Supabase: Cloud PostgreSQL database and secure user authentication.
Google Firebase: Analytics, crash reporting, and authentication services.
RevenueCat: Secure in-app purchase and subscription validation.

If you join a Social Squad within the app, your username, avatar, workout XP, and completed challenge counts will be visible to other members of your squad.

6. Data Security

All data transmitted between your mobile device and our cloud servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS protocols. Biometric and sensitive credentials on your device are protected using secure platform keystores (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain via Flutter Secure Storage).

7. User Rights & Account Deletion

You have full ownership of your data. You may request to export, update, or permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time:

In-App Deletion: Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account within the Cali Leveling app to permanently erase your profile, workout history, and stored metrics.
Web Request: You can also request complete account and data deletion by contacting our support team directly at support@calileveling.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect improvements to our app or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
