Welcome to CaliLeveling! By accessing our website, downloading our mobile application, or utilizing any of our AI-powered calisthenics coaching systems, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.

1. Physical Fitness Disclaimer

Strict Safety Warning: Calisthenics and bodyweight progression exercises require high levels of physical effort.

CaliLeveling's computer vision and real-time posture assessments act as automated guides, but they are NOT professional medical or clinical advice.
If you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath, stop training immediately. Always warm up thoroughly before proceeding with progressive exercises (like levers, handstands, or weighted pull-ups).
CaliLeveling shall not be held liable for any physical injuries, muscle strains, or accidents incurred while using our camera tracking or training modules.

2. User Accounts & Fair Use

You must maintain valid account security. You agree to use the platform fairly. Attempting to spoof database telemetry, inject falsified rep-counts, or manipulate group XP totals via unauthorized script requests is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium features, strict AI coach dossiers, and advanced telemetry analytics may require active subscriptions managed securely via Purchases/Store paywalls. Subscriptions are billed recursively and managed directly inside your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

4. Modifications to Service

We reserves the right to modify, adjust, or sunset calisthenics progression structures, XP points values, or streak protection models at any time to balance gamification economies and optimize training methodologies.
